What should I do if the transfer speed of my StoreJet is too slow?

1. Please convert the file system of your hard disk to NTFS by referring to the following link for formatting your StoreJet. Warning: formatting will delete all the data stored in your StoreJet, so please back up your data first before formatting.

2. You may want to check if any bad block is in your HDD by executing share software (e.g HD Tune) or running the "CHKDSK" command.

3. Please try hard disk data recovery software to restore your HDD (refer to the following link). Warning: this action will delete all the data stored in your StoreJet, so please backup your data first before recovering.
