Transcend’s Type C products (including JF890, JF850, HUB2C, HUB5C, and etc.) could be used on iPads with Type C interface and could be
operated using the built-in Files App on iPads.
Precautions:
1. The original interface of the iPad must be a Type C interface. If the Type C device is connected to the iPad through an adapter or a cable,
it is not guaranteed that the device can be normally used.
2. As Apple has not authorized third-party vendors to develop exclusive apps for Type C interface, the devices can only be operated through
the built-in Files App on iPad.
3. Only Files App with iPadOS 13 or later versions support the recognition of Type C external devices.
